Q: How can I place an order on your website?

From Web Browser (computer, laptop):

On the homepage, click on "The Goods", then click on the product you wish to buy. This will then take you to the different options you can choose. Choose the desired options (such as size and/or color) and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready, proceed to the checkout page to complete your order.

From Mobile Devices (Phone, ipad):

On the homepage, touch the 3 lines in the upper left-hand corner. Then click on "The Goods" OR "Digital Content." From there click on the product you wish to buy. This will then take you to the different options you can choose. Choose the desired options (such as size and/or color) and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready, proceed to the checkout page to complete your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept various secure payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. Rest assured that your payment information is handled securely and encrypted to protect your privacy. Please reach out if you need us to add a payment method and we will see what we can do!

Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?

A: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes up to 10 business days to process an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you can enter your address to see if we deliver to your location. Please note that additional customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer a 30 day window for returns or exchanges, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

A: Yes, our digital products, such as pintables and Ebooks, are available for instant download. After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Simply click on the link to access your files. If it is not working, please make sure you are signed in and try again.
